Spending time just being still and quiet has been so beneficial to my wellbeing, whether it is whilst meditating, painting or being in nature. It is like taking a big inhale and letting out a huge sigh, releasing any physical or mental tensions. I have hand painted the frame in a warm brown grey colour that really sets off the painting beautifully, as pictured here.
This painting is UV varnished then polished with a cold wax finish
