Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings.

Please note that any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Ordering

How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through Stripe in British Pounds Sterling. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Paying by bank transfer
If you’d like to buy a painting by BACS (bank transfer) I would be delighted to facilitate this. Please email me so that I can mark the painting/s you want to purchase as sold. I will then give you my bank details and request that you pay within 12 hours, once payment has reached my bank account your painting will be packed and sent, or framed, packed and sent.

Shipping

I always aim to ship within 5 days of being notified of your purchase. Within the UK, pieces are sent by Royal Mail tracked 48 with signature, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight.  Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. I will email you details of the date that I have posted your painting as well as the tracking details.

Please allow 7 working days in total from ordering to arrival if you’re UK-based.

If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me before you make an order so that I can ensure it will reach you in time. Please note that there may be an extra charge for rush deliveries.

If you have ordered framed:

Frames are made to order, by a third party, and some are then hand painted, as specified on the product page. I do keep a selection of frames in my studio, but may need to order one specifically for your painting. However I will always keep you updated by email as to when the frame is ready as well as when I ship your order.

Is Shipping included?
No. Shipping costs are added at checkout based on the size and weight of the work.

What about large or high value artworks?
I appreciate this is a high value purchase – and a piece of work I have spent much time on! It’s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the Shipping details with each product listing. Shipping costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually – please contact me before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched. If you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed separately after agreement.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.

Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

For customers outside the UK a shipping cost is added to at checkout to contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

Shipping to countries in EU & NI
Currently (Jan 2025) it’s not clear what extra charges will be made for EU &NI customers  due to recent GPSR regulation. As I don’t want you to have unexpected charges made for VAT, customs charges or extra handling charges currently being levied I have temporarily removed EU countries from the checkout.

BUT – if there is something you have seen and love and are OK with the possible fees charged at customs do please email me. We just don’t want surprises.

RETURNS

What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a full refund provided the piece is safely returned. You have 7 days to contact me by email after receiving your artwork to request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 7 days of its safe receipt.

What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately with a photograph to discuss the issue.

What about Overseas Returns
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK
