When listening to a guided meditation, where I was invited to “exhale and let everything go,” I felt such a sense of release. Sometimes we forget to give ourselves permission to let go of limiting beliefs, opinions or issues that we don’t need to hold onto anymore. I have hand painted the frame in a warm brown grey colour that really sets off the painting beautifully, as pictured here.

This painting is UV varnished then polished with a cold wax finish

Unframed is 30 x 30 x1cm. The sides are painted grey:-£180.00

Framed is 34 x 34 x 3cm in a hand painted dark taupe tray frame. It will come ready to hang, strung and screwed in place: £230.00
