‘In Peace’ is inspired from a view across the sea.
Standing on a shoreline gazing out to a horizon line unencumbered from any distractions brings so much peace and tranquility to my mind. I love letting this feeling of calm wash over me, creating a stillness within, much the same as when I practice meditation.
My intention for this painting is to bring ease and create a space to rest and reset, without any distractions or noise.
The cool fresh turquoise and blues of the sea are warmed by the creams and sienna colours in the sky and shoreline. The frame is hand painted in a light grey with a hint of green that sets off the painting beautifully as in the pictures.
UV varnished.

Framed is 28.5cm x 28.5cm. £265 in a warm grey hand painted tray frame. It will come ready to hang, strung and screwed in place
